Refund Policy

Claim Watch and other annual subscriptions

If you are not happy in the first 30 days after purchase, email [email protected] from the address you purchased with and we refund the full amount, no questions asked.

After 30 days, the current annual term is non-refundable, but you can cancel any time and the subscription simply will not renew.

If we discontinue a paid service mid-term, we refund the unused portion of your term automatically.

Sponsored profiles

Sponsorships are month-to-month and governed by the terms on the sponsors page: cancel any time, effective at the end of the paid month.

How refunds are paid

Refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within 5 to 10 business days of our confirmation email.
