One claim costs $200 a year to keep.

Knowing the moment someone stakes against your ground costs $79/yr for all of them. OreFront watches 1.83M claims from government registries every week; Claim Watch points that machine at yours.

Questions

What do I need to set it up?

Your claimant name as filed with the BLM. Look yourself up in the free fee lookup; that same record is what we watch.

How fast are alerts?

The BLM publishes weekly; we scan the diff the morning it lands and email the same day. Nobody can alert faster than the registry publishes.

Why annual only?

Because staking risk is annual: the fee cycle, the lapse wave, the re-staking season. A month of watching protects nothing.
